The Trustees: Nigel                Debby             Terry  Terry, is an Accountant, an Addictions  and CBT Counsellor and until recently Chair of Governors at Felsted Primary School Debby, is a Teacher with 20 years experience and is also a Counsellor. Nigel, is a Financial Compliance Director and our Fundraising Manager. We founders of alcoHELP all  have first hand experience, sometimes tragic, of alcohol abuse and addiction. The fundamental principle regarding anyone with an alcohol problem is anonymity and  we will always respect this.  We do however think  it desirable  to inform those  who wish to know, about the experiences  of  those who have abused alcohol, how they started on the road to recovery  and their hopes for the future.  If you think you may be  an alcoholic and can relate what you read  to  similarities  in your own behaviour  then help can be sought from the various contacts on this site. At present we are active only in Essex in the UK Our charity is non - profit making.  Our  aim : to make a difference through education.
