Braintree Times: Software shows how binge drinking ages you

Councillor Stephen Canning gave his permission for the Braintree and Witham Times to submit his picture to the alcoHELP website. The councillor, in the Bocking Blackwater ward, said of his aged picture: "The picture of me clearly shows the disastrous effects of binge drinking."
